- All orders are packaged with lots of LOVE and CARE so please allow 5-10 days for the arrival of your package
not including processing and transit time. 

- Unfortunately, once we ship out your package, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost mail. All mail comes with a
tracking number & is shipped via USPS. Please contact your post office with any issues you may have with your order.

- We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS unless a crystal arrives broken. Buyer must provide a photo or proof within 24 hours of delivery date.
In other cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement depending on situation and availability.

- NO RETURNS. Please be sure you are claiming responsibly and are reading all descriptions fully before purchasing any crystal babies.
